I started McSwain Design in 2007 after my son was born. I am a Charlotte native and now live in Mount Holly, North Carolina. My interest in design began early with a huge fascination for paper and pens. I furthered this interest by taking art classes in high school, and despite the assumption I would be a smarty pants doctor, honed my skills in art school at UNC Charlotte. I now have over 12 years experience in design and art direction, working at marketing communications/advertising agencies, and now for myself. When I'm not working on design and art direction projects, you can find me playing with my family, outside training for my next 5K race or making custom card creations.
